One call comes up. Every other call pays it.

    Place a call
A call is 0.01 ETH, for holders of 10,000 $CALLTABLE. Place up to five in one go; every call is its own seat in the draw. Nobody sees whose call is whose until the draw.
    Close
The table seats 40. It closes 20 minutes after its first call, or the moment its 40th seat fills. Closing fixes a block three blocks ahead; that block's hash draws one call. Nobody picks, not even the house.
    The draw
Every other call pays the drawn call 10% of its stake, 0.001, and takes 0.009 back. No house cut. A lone call gets its 0.01 back. Collect what you are owed any time.
